Regulations issued under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 require the UNFI Health and Welfare Plan (the “Plan”) to disclose negotiated in-network provider rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for items and services covered under the Plan. By July 1, 2022, the Plan is required to post machine readable files containing this information, and to update the files monthly.
